Definately not 96". Very small and would be good for a 1 or 2 year old.

I got on as a gift and it was smaller than I had originally thought it would be. It's 96" in Circumference and is about the size of any other standard bean bag.

A 96" circumference has a 30. 6 " diameter. An office chair seat is 16" to 18" across and 18" or so off the floor. Picture of the bag looks like is maybe a foot high. Would be adult size if was 2 foot thick.

These would be adequate for children ages 11-13 - it will be comfortable for them to sit in. If you want something they can kind of lay down on and "get comfortable" you may want to go bigger.

I have two 96" rounds for a 2 and 7yr old but I often sit on them myself, so im pretty sure this size would be ok for 11-13 yr olds

I say go for it!!! I just bought 2 of them for my 9yr old and he is pretty big and they are great. I sat on one and enjoyed it comfortably myself. My daughter is 12 and I will be buying her 2 of the same size. I think the size is good for your students. :) Bigger is good too in any case-depends on what space you are working with.

This is the small version. If you are teaching gr 6-8, the chair will be more like a soft stool for the average student.

I purchased this for my 7 year old granddaughter and it is small for her...I was very surprised at the size of it and would not have purchased it had I seen it in the store rather then bought it off the site.

I believe your students will enjoy using this beanbag. Someone told me that it was small but I wanted to try it anyway. I purchased it and I am using it in a multigrade classroom which is 1st and 7th grade...ages 6-13. My husband sat comfortably in it. It has a lot of stuffing in it which Im sure will go down as it is used.

I feel this would be too small for those ages. We put it in a classroom for kids that were 8 and it is just right.

I bought the chair for my 2 year old grand daughter and in my opinion it's not large enough for an 11-13 year old. Plus this chair is HARD, not the soft, cushy bean bag I was looking for.

These 96" beanbags would be a good size for 11 to 13 year old students.

I will be using the ones I purchased for my wacky magical 2nd grade class. I believe they will be a good size. The students can read alone or with a partner in one chair.
